I am trying to run a model in PAT version 3.6.1 but got a 'completed fail' status as shown in the attached image. The model was created and has no problem running in OS Application 1.6. I am doing the exercises in the book 'Building Energy Modeling with OpenStudio' but got stuck in the parametric analysis tool part.

I am also attaching the in.idf and in.osm images from the run folder of OpenStudio Application showing the lines mentioned in the PAT EnergyPlus error message if they could be of any help.

I was able to successfully run a model generated by a measure following the tutorial of OpenStudio Coalition so I think my installed PAT has no problem.

Any suggestion on how to correct this problem is much appreciated. Thanks.
