I have downloaded OpenStudio and PAT 3.6, as well as the OpenStudioApplication 1.6 to run on Windows 11, but I am getting this error when starting the applicaiton. The error is: "C:\OpenStudioApplication-1.6.0+53c249a897-Windows/OpenStudioApplication-1.6.0+53c249a897-Windows\bin\rubyengine.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0000045."

One I click okay, it tells me the Measure Manager has crashed, and that's where I'm stuck at. I've been trying to figure this out for a couple of days now with no luck. Any direction would be appreciated.

EDIT: I removed the OS 3.6 file, and reinstalled without RUBY API and that worked.
