How to make the thermal resilience to a safe resultas in Energy plus results?

I am writing to anyone who can help on our dilemma.
Is there a way for us to make the thermal resilience results like heat index and humidex into a safe one? We have added the natural ventilation file on our model and shows little differences and at some no difference at all. Is there a way for us to address the problem? Any help would be appreciated thanks! Regards

@Adriel are you referring to the Thermal Resilience Summary report?
When you ask how to make these results "into a safe one", do you mean how to change the model's inputs so that the thermal resilience summary results indicate that the building is safer for occupants?
If so more details (building type, location, etc.) or sharing the entire model and weather file would be helpful.
It is located in Philippines a studio type condo unit. However we only used a sample where we chose a single unit in order to get a sample data.
