@NomaansLand I asked because only the SketchUp plugin has a Ruby console. If you run the SketchUp plugin installer, you may need to close and re-open SketchUp to be able to start using the plugin.
@Aaron Boranian ah i think i understand, so if i install the sketchup plugin id be able to access and use the ruby console to edit the openstudio code within there?

@NomaansLand are you trying to use the OpenStudio Application, or the SketchUp plugin for OpenStudio? They have separate installers.
