I have tried accessing the user manual and start guide for CBECC COM 2022 via the help tap but with no luck. Reinstalled the program twice on different computers and turned off popup blocker but still no luck. Any advice or can someone forward me the manuals?
@Thomras which version of CBECC 22 are you using? The website has installers available for 2022.2.0 as well as 2022.2.1.
I had installed 2022.1.0, and can confirm that when I click on the Help / Quick Start Guide and Help / User Manual menu, I get a "file not found" error (see below).
However, these files should definitely be on your computer if the installer worked correctly. I found them in C:\Program Files (x86)\CBECC 2022 (see below).
