In the model below, I changed the schedule of thermal zones 1 and 11 to RCB AHUClgThermostat whilst all others are RCB ACUClgThermostat and saved. However, whenver I switch to Facilty-Thermal Zone, i realise all thermostats change back to RCB ACUClgThermostat. How make the thermostats stay permanently without it reverting back.
I believe that this thread has the answer to your question. Short answer, you should change thermostat schedules in Sketchup, not in the OA app.
I read the thread @TalyorRoberts but not addressing my concern. I created my own schedule (not editing thermostats themselves) but when I change the thermostat schedule on one zone, it changes the thermostat schedule for all zones assigned to that thermostat
@tajjmann in the OpenStudio object when you change the setpoint schedules for a thermal zone, you are editing a thermostat object. The application just doesn't directly expose that object to you. My answer on this post points to the OpenStudio issue filed about inconstancy with how the plugin vs. the App deal with thermostat objects.
