Shortcut problem while editing model in SketchUp

Hello, I have a problem when I model my buildings in Sketchup (pro 2022), with the OpenStudio plugin (v1.4.0). Indeed, when I want to rename a space for example, as soon as I use a shortcut key of a tool or a feature, instead of typing the letter, sketchup selects the tool in question... Which is really not practical. I can't find the solution to this problem. Has anyone encountered this before? Thanks in advance!

This seemed to be an issue in SketchUp 2022, it was reported here. I could not figure out how to work around the issue other than removing all single character shortcuts as described on the issue linked above. I did get to try the preview of SketchUp 2023 and the issue is not present in that version.
