Success Install of Ruby 2.0.0 on Windows x64

Hi, According to OpenStudio Website, we have to install ruby 2.0.0 for OpenStudio version 1.7.0. My laptop is win x64 and I have no success in installing this version of ruby. I am wondering if someone has some hints about how to install ruby 2.0.0 on win x64.

OpenStudio comes with the correct version of Ruby for running simulations using the application. The default location C:\Program Files\OpenStudio 1.7.5\ruby-install\ruby\ on Windows machines.

The Ruby installation instructions on the OpenStudio website are optional and only required to use it in the command prompt. I just followed those instructions and was able to confirm that is works.
