Hi,

After matching surfaces, my model sometimes goes all white and I cannot manage to recover it. The "render by" buttons no longer work.

I always work on the .osm file and never load a SketchUp file. I tried running the OSM Diagnostic User Script but it did not fix this issue. I also tried reinstalling OpenStudio and Sketchup. Weird thing is that all my backup .osm file I saved are also having this issue at the same time.

I'm not sure what I should do, any tip will do.
