What would "coming soon" mean?

Hi,

I follow the first set of videos on page link text that was developed for OS 0,7. the first 3 videos are OK, on the 4th one, "Space Types, Internal Loads, and Schedules" there is quite a difference in the user interface. Opening the component and looking at Building Story/Space/Loads/Lights etc I just get a window with a large COMING SOON sign.

What does this mean?
how can I assign and adjust the loads?
Isn't it the core of the work?
Do I have missed something?

@XAV I suggest you modify your question title to make it more specific to OpenStudio tutorial videos. Otherwise, it looks suspiciously like spam.

I assume you are seeing this screen in the facility tab?

Instead of drilling down in the space, just select the space object itself. Then the main window will show the internal loads assigned for that space, including schedules. See the screenshot below.

FYI - we are working on updating the facility tab to have a grid view (similar to space types and thermal zones. That won't be in 1.8.0, but will be soon after that.

@David Any outlook on the Utility Rates sub tab? I believe that one has been "Coming Soon" for quite a while.

The utility rates tab is something we still want to do, but it is a lower priority than other features. Currently folks are adding utility rates using measures like this one.

Thanks. I use that measure myself, but have been having "fun" explaining how-to model these rates in EnergyPlus for courses using OpenStudio to users that have little to no experience energy modeling. Not a real problem, just curious.

@nfonner I'll see if we can't add a tutorial on creating utility tariff measures to the website. I think that would be of use to a number of organizations.
