Is there a way to change the scale when drawing the floorplan geometry in BeOpt?

I would like the have a room with wall lengths of 19.5 ft. The scale currently says the 1 cell = 1 ft and I am wondering if I can change the scale to 0.5 ft in order to achieve my desired size?

It is not possible to change the BEopt drawing resolution from 1 ft, you'll have to approximate.
