WindowMaterial:blind and Shading:Zone:detailed

I would like to ask, if the same shutter settings are given in WindowMaterial: Blind and Shading: Zone: Detailed, will their simulations be different? What is the difference between these two components?

@Haodong Song what simulation tool are you using? Please mention it in the title or body of your post, as well as add a tag so that others can provide better help.

Shading:Zone:Detailed is used to model shading devices that project outward from the surface (i.e., at a 90-degree angle from the window), so overhangs or fins for example. For these shading devices, the fraction of window area that is shaded will change throughout the year based on the sun's position. WindowMaterial:Blind and similar objects are used to model shading materials that are in parallel to the window.
