I can't install OpenStudio version 2.8
I'm trying to install OpenStudio version 2.8 on some newer notebooks. I can install, but when I open the program, it opens and closes automatically. I thought I had corrupted the executor, but I uninstalled it and installed it again on my older computer and it worked normally. Can anyone help me?

Can you provide some context on the operating system of the new and old computers?
@Nathalia unless you have a specific reason to use 2.8 I'd suggest that you just update to the latest if you try opening the 2.8 osm with the latest app it will convert it
