For convectors/baseboard what does U-factor times area (btu/h*R) actually mean in OpenStudio?

For convectors/baseboard, when I'm modeling an existing building, instead of auto sizing I'd like to enter in btuh of the existing equipment but the field is U factor times area. What does this actually mean? Btuh divided by the delta T?

Thank you. the answer is: UA is the heat transfer coefficient. q=UA*DeltaT, so the UA is btu output of the convector or baseboard divided by the delta T in deg F across the convector or baseboard when working in English IP units.

This is wrong. Delta T is between the average water temperature and the average air temperature, not the deltaT across the coil of the same media
