How to install OpenStudio 3.3 correctly?
I downloaded and installed OpenStudio Release 3.3 with OS application 1.3 and OS PAT Release 3.3. However, I am having a hard time opening OS. When I search for it in my computer it shows the application. I have opened it and it shows the application, but it is zoomed in. I cannot click on other components because it is zoomed in. How can I fully view it? I did read and watch videos on how to properly install OS. Do you know if I can get help via zoom call?

Do you see this issue only with the OpenStudio Application and not with PAT? Do you so this on other applications? Does restarting the computer make an impact? and can you share what your screen resolution is?
Hi David Goldwasser and thanks for responding. To answer your questions: 1) I don't have the same issue when I open the PAT app, 2) I restarted my computer after installed the software, 3) My screen resolution is 1920 x 1080
