Peak cooling load - equest

Hi all, I'm getting a peak cooling load of 10546 KBTU/HR (SS-D report), but having a cooling capacity of 21.404 MBTU/HR (PV-A report), which means only less 50% of capacity is being the peak load? is this normal or having any issue. Kindly help me in this doubt, thanks in advance.

If you leave your circulation loop sizing as the default "secondary" then it adds up all of the maximum coil loads at full air flow with sizing factors as the loop capacity. This often leads to the significant oversizing you describe.

An alternative is to set the loop sizing to "primary". In that case it will use the combined capacity of the primary equipment as the loop capacity. This does force you to explicitly define the the boiler or chiller capacity.

Hi, Brian Fountain thank you for your valuable input Have tried changing the loop sizing as per the peak load, now the cooling capacity increased by 2 MBTU/HR (PV-A report). Having one basic doubt, in total cooling capacity should we need to add both chilled water loop and condenser water loop capacity (PV-A report)?
