EnergyPlus Schedule:Compact Different Seasons [closed]
I'm trying to create equipment (AHUs) operating schedules for the summer season which are different than the regular schedules for the rest of the year, and each schedule will have different operating hours for different days of the week. I looked into defining the summer months as special days in (RunPeriodControl:SpecialDays), but I'm not sure how will I have different schedules for different days of the week in these special days. @Murcielago are you defining the schedule in an EnergyPlus input file (IDF) directly or using an interface like DesignBuilder, OpenStudio, etc.?
Yes directly in IDF.
Have you already searched Unmet Hours for "energyplus season schedule", or something similar? One specific post that might be helpful is here.
