how I can create two different schedule for DHW in equest ?

hello everybody I am working on equest to model a private hospital and I want to create another schedule for DHW used in the Kitchen. I know how to create a new schedule but I don't know where to assigned it. The default schedule is assigned to one component that I don't know what is it. DHW is on the waterside tab. DHW loads are created as direct process loads on a DHW loop. You can create up to 10 different process loads on a loop - each with its own peak flow rate and schedule. image description

Alternately, you could create secondary DHW loops under the primary DHW loop with their own process loads that would be summed up and served by the primary loop. The only advantage I see to this is you would have an annual PS-D entry and PS-H report showing monthly usage of individual loops.
