How to resolve EPW Location Error: "Unable to download the weather file due to the following error" [closed]

Error reads: "Web error (is your internet connection working?): The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found"

I am connected to the Internet and did not have this issue using BEopt in the past. I can only utilize the pre-loaded EPWs, I cannot download any of the other options within the Site Screen EPW Downloader. How can I resolve this issue?
