Upgrade from 3.1.0 to 3.2.1 Directly? [closed]

I notice there have been a few upgrades since my original 3.1.0, which is currently installed. Can I just upgrade with installation to 3.2.1, or do I need to stepwise install all previous upgrades from 3.1.0 to 3.2.1, before installing the latest 3.2.1 version?

Yes, a newer OpenStudio should upon opening version translate from the old version to the new one, even it the fie you are opening is multiple versions old. Once you save as 3.2.1 you can't get it back to 3.1.0 so it is a good idea to archive a copy before you do a version translation.

This is helpful information. However, I don't think I properly communicated my question. Let me try again... My question is not about the model or other data files, but rather the Openstudio application itself. do I need to install all of the interim updates to Openstudio FIRST before installing the latest version, or can I just install the latest version 3.2.1 without pre-installing the intervening updates?

Just the latest is fine.

Was able to successfully load 3.2.0, so all is well.
