How to increase the heating load for a low rise apartment building with 6 units?

I am using Open studio for energy modelling. I have added 3 packaged roof top units for 6 apartments in my building. I have added 2 apartments per RTU. My heating load should be around 120000kBtu but I am getting only 10000kBtu which is very low for occupancy of 24-30 people. I have changed many times and checked parameters. Let me know which parameter i need to look for and edit to get the value. I am using default settings for now.

I would start by double checking your Infiltration and more importantly the mechanical ventilation / outdoor air.

Ensure that you are using DesignSpecification:OutdoorAir (those are best set at the SpaceType level), and correctly setting parameters on your AirLoopHVACOutdoorAirSystem and Controller:OutdoorAir objects for each loop (especially if it's a DOAS with 100% outside air, you need to force the Minimum Outdoor Air schedule of the Controller:OutdoorAir to always on.

Request Output:Variables to check that your zones are getting the correct amount of outdoor air at all times.
