BEopt .epw download error [closed]

Hello, I'm new to BEopt...

I'm having trouble downloading the .epw files from the BEopt Site Screen----Building ---EPW Location dropdown. It gives me an error message:

"Unable to download the weather files due to the following error: Web Error (is your internet connection working?): The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found."

Unmet won't let me upload an image of the error until I have more Karma. I've tried different computers, BEopt versions, networks...all give me the same error.
