How do I find out the most energy efficient orientation for a residentail building?
I am looking for software/tools that help to decide the most suitable orientation of the building in KABUL, Afghanistan. I tried OpenStudio but unfortunately, there is no prepared template for residential buildings. many people recommended "BEopt" but it does not have any "EPW Location file" for KABUL, Afghanistan, and no option to import EPW files. In BeOpt the construction choices are limited and only suited to USA methods of construction.

You can download EPWs from the EnergyPlus weather website and drop them into the BEopt weather directory. But yes, it was certainly designed for US homes.
