I don't receive the e-mail from BCL to reset the password

Hi, I'm Antonio from Italy. I'm using Open Studio and BCL for my thesis. I'm trying to reset password fro Building Components Library. When i insert my username and click on button to reset my psw, i don't receive the e-mail.

I need Help.

@Cassius87 in this post, it says that you can enter your own BCL account key (32 characters long) when accessing the BCL from the OpenStudio application. In this case, you shouldn't have to reset your BCL password to access your BCL account key.
