Hi All,

When I try to run the Create Baseline Building measure (following Matthew Steen's suggestion for 90.1-2016 baselines in this post), I keep running into some version of the following error:

Exception: Embedded file not found 'C:/Users/ianr/AppData/Local/Temp/OpenStudioApp.Q21404/ApplyMeasureNow/run/000_7054b7f2-4243-4b76-86b9-9ae5f6ecd740/output/SR1/run/eplusout.err'

And the last entry in the standard error is:

:/ruby/2.2.0/gems/openstudio-standards-0.2.10/lib/openstudio-standards/utilities/simulation.rb:130:in `getFileAsString': unexpected return

I'm on Windows, running via "apply measure now," and I've tried running the measure in Openstudio v2.9.0 and Openstudio Application v1.1.0, on two PCs, with various models and measure inputs. I get similar errors trying to run the "Create Typical DOE Building from Model" measure. Anyone else run into this? It would be really nice to have a measure that at least gets me close to a 90.1-2016 or 2019 app G baseline.
