OpenStudioApplication-1.2.0+ running error

Hello. I installed the OpenStudioApplication-1.2.0+72d719fabe-Windows. After installation, when I try to run the software, I face with the error with the following details. MY operating system is win 7-64 bit. I would be grateful if you could help me.

Measure manger has crashed. ruby: unexpected error Error: unknown encoding name-CP720

Looks that like ruby doesn't understand the encoding you used CP-720 for arabic. Looks like it needs to be Windows-1256 instead?

This page seems to reference the issue.

If you can't figure it out, submit an issue to the OpenStudio App Github repository to fix the windows installer to have better language support.
