Generic Condensing Boiler From BCL
How do I add the Generic Condensing Boiler Natural Gas Boiler Component from the BCL to my OpenStudio Model? It downloads as an .xml file. When I try to import it into my model it doesn't show up in my Library.

In summary, HVAC or material/construction components on the BCL that only have a XML file can't be automatically loaded into the OpenStudio application's library -- you will need to manually "hack" your HVAC library file in a text editor to add the desired OpenStudio objects for the component and referenced data (performance curves, etc.) with inputs matching what's on the BCL.
