Hello! has anyone else had issues wit OS 3.1 / OS app 1.1: Deleted water use connections: deleting from the GUI but being retained in the *.osm and being simulated in the following runs?

Prior to dropping an issue on git, wanted to see if anyone else was having the same issue. easy workaround; manually open the *.osm and delete the offending objects and definitions, runs just fine. Just a little thing that takes extra time is all.
