OS 3.1 could not find or download result measure
OS 3.1 OS application 1.1 window 10
when I open OS, alert "Could not find or download openstudio result measure" and also simulation doesn't work.
I was searching this forum but, every answer just say "install OS application 1.1". It doesn't work for me..
plz help this situation

If you have already confirmed your internet connection is working, then try going off a VPN, if you are on one, and then possibly try another internet connection.
