Unable to create a BCL account [closed]

Hello,

i am a new openstudio user and i'm trying to create a BCL to get an API KEY auth, but i register in the website and i hadnt received any email back with further instructions, i even sent an email for support to the website but have no response either.

Can anyone please help?
