Is there any way to silently install OpenStudio 3.0.1?

For the OpenStudio SDK (Not the Application) you can use OpenStudio-3.1.0+e165090621-Windows.exe --script ./install.qs on windows. Here is a link to the documentation on this.

Ok but with OpenStudio-3.1.0+e165090621-Windows.exe and not the SDK can i install silently?
