PAT 3.1.0 worker error

I am using OpenStudio 3.1.0 PAT and it gives a worker initialization failure. Status says - completed fail Initialize worker error 5 errors. I had started manually the server and it showed green but this error appeared to me.

that file path looks too long for windows.

support this; windows maxes file paths, I have dealt with this issue in the past

so, do you work on the same default PAT file path and that solved the issue?
