In general, I am just wondering how this call point works for Inside HVAC System Iteration Loop callpoint.

With the understanding that this call point is called for each iteration where EnergyPlus is trying to solve the heat balance, so is it a correct statement that the solver will never converge if an actuator inside the call point makes a drastic change from one iteration to the next?
