I want to buy a new server for my E+ simulation. I want to installed a AMD 5700X processor (best monothread scoring performance). Do you have some experience with AMD performance compared to intel ? Is E+ fully efficient with this kind of processor ?

To those who will ask the same questions as me, I will provide some answers.
I have equipped my new PC with the AMD processor and the performance is above my expectations. I don't have a detailed comparison with an equivalent Intel proc, but compared to my other older Intel PCs, the compute time is divided by 2.5. I cannot say that AMD is better than Intel, but in any case, there is therefore no incompatibility for the simulations and the performances are there.
