How to transfer the drawn dome and arch from Sketch Up to open studio and energy plus?

I am in need to simulate a mosque that contains a central top dome and frontal arc shape. I tried to sketch drow in SketchUp however once I converted to open studio or energy plus the dome and arc were disappeared. And also how can I merge the dome with the below zone since the dome looks separated on its zone

You would probably want to draw the dome outside of an OpenStudio Space and then select/cut the geometry, enter the OpenStudio Space, and paste it in place. You probably want to adjust the number of segments of your zone so you don't end up with too many surfaces in your energy model.
