OS could not find or download OpenStudio Result Measure

Hello Everyone,

I just installed OS 1.0.0 for windows 10. As soon as I open it (which it takes a while), I get the pop-up warning window which says "Could not find or download OpenStudio Result Measure".

How can I solve this issue?

Try updating to OpenStudio Application 1.1.0 instead of 1.0.0 and see if the problem goes away.

Are you connected to the internet when you start the OpenStudio Application? Have you created a BCL account and entered your API key into the OpenStudio Application? As David mentioned, there was a bug in OpenStudio Application 1.0.0 that caused a crash on startup if the result measure could not be found, are you seeing that? Do you have a BCL directory in your user directory?
