why the energuplus said my file don't has the socket.cfg
when I running the energuplus,I find that the results told me a severe error.the externalinterface did not find the file "socket.cfg".why??? I found the socket.cfg file in the same directory as the IDF file.

I used the BCVTB and EnergyPlus co-simulate one example. I'm trying to download the java 7 to solve the problem but I don't know it will work out or not.
