what's the relation between PPD and discomfort hours
C:\fakepath\111.PNG as you can see the PPD is so low that means there is enough comfort in this zone but i have in some hours (9:00 10:00 12:00 ...) the discomfrt hours are 1 even if the ppd still low what could be wrong ?

I suspect this is because discomfort hours and PPD are two different things. The Designbuilder website explains how the discomfort hours are calculated here, using operative temperature, humidity ratio, and clothing insulation.
PPD involves calculations that use more variables like metabolic rates and air velocity.
There is also a note on the Designbuilder website that says that the discomfort hours are calculated at the building level. Your PPD calculation may be taking place at Zone level.
