Hi everyone, Due to the problems that I had before here and here, I should use jEPlus+EA version beta1.7.7(because it was the only version that I could launch and I confronted with a sign in/not connected problem in jEPlus+EA version beta2.1.0), but jEPlus+EA wouldn`t open jEplus (V 2.0.0 bate) project.Is there any way to fix this problem? Thank you in advance
@Yi Zhang Although I have registered on JEA Web Portal, I couldn`t log in with my account. By the way, I noticed the not connected sign all the time. I was wondering if you could help me with this problem? C:\fakepath\Screenshot (84).png
Cannot be sure from the screenshot, but did you extract the contents of the download package into a folder before starting jEPlus+EA? If you run it directly from within the zip file, it will not work.
If you have run jEPlus+EA using the batch file, you should be able to see the command prompt window. Was there any error message in there? You could try to do a screen recording so I can see what the issue is.
jEPlus v2 project files are not compatible with jEPlus+EA v1.7, hence you will need to recreate your project using jEPlus v1.7. On the other hand, I'd like to know more about the issues you had with jEPlus+EA v2. Could you post some screenshots showing where it got stuck?
