There is not reheating in the Air terminal with reheat

I modeled a CAV with terminal reheat, but here is no reheating effect in the terminal. The air temperatures before and after the air terminal are the same. The zone air temperature is quite low. I also tried VAV with terminal reheat, no reheating effect neither.

Sorry, the figure uploading failed. It said that I need 10 points to upload a file.

But I just used an HVAC template and then modified it to be a CAV with reheat. But the reheat function is not active. So the zone temperature is very low. I also tried VAV with reheat, no reheating effect neither.
