Openstudio simulation; incomplete results

I'm having trouble getting sufficient results after I run the simulation. It only shows a few months a year for each category and I can't seem to fix this issue.

I modeled a very simple/conceptual office building. Help is needed urgently, as I am a student and I'm expected to meet a deadline for this assignment. I can send the file and/or a screenshot clarifying the problem.

Sounds like you might be experiencing the same problem reported in these issues. Basically, running an OpenStudio simulation with EnergyPlus v8.2.0 causes an incorrect results summary. The workaround is to remove EnergyPlus v8.2.0, install EnergyPlus v8.2.0-Update-1, and run 'scan for tools' from OpenStudio -> Preferences.

Go to Simulation Settings and make sure you have specified the correct date ranges and enabled "Run simulation for weather file run periods".

Also, make sure your weather file has a full year. If you downloaded an .epw weather file from DOE, you're fine.

Thanks a lot for your help! I have had these setting set exactly the way it's shown in the images. Also my weather file is from this website. I even tried using the weather file that is downloaded with energyplus by default just to make sure the weather file is not the problem. I have run Envi-met simulations using this weather file and it never caused any issues. Could there be another reason for why it isn't working? If it's of no inconvenience, can I send you the file?
