OpenStudio Application closes automatically
Hello everyone,
I have a fresh installed OpenStudio Appliaction 1.0.0, and I'm facing already some problems:
- takes quite a long time to open (this might be normal, but I mention in case).
- Everytime it opens, it pop up a message: "OpenStudio Results Measure Not Found. Could not find or download openstudio results measure." I saw there was already a question about it, but I didn't get how to solve it. Side note: I'm based in China, so I always prefer to have everything installed and working offline than relay on OpenStudio connecting to internet. - (And main question): After few minutes open OpenStudio closes itself, with a single pop-up notification window "a problem occurred and OpenStudio has to close".
I also have installed EnergyPlus, though I understood EP is part of OS, so not sure if it affects to have also EP separately.
Besides of that, not sure if there is any other thing I should have installed.
I would appreciate any support on this.

Which operating system are you using?
Windows 10 with the latests updates.
It crashes after a few minutes of atcively using the App, or after a few minutes of trying to open the OSApp?
If it's after it launched and you start toying with your model, when does it happen? And what do you have when you click on Preferences > Change Default Libraries ?
Currently I have a parallel problem also, which I'm trying to find a solution here: https://unmethours.com/question/28251... So, I open OS, import a gbXML, got a pop-up window that there were some error while importing the gbXML, I don't do anything else (some time I check the 3D model) and usually in less than 2 min it pop-up another window saying "a problem ocurred and OS has to close).
I have seen issues with a crash when closing OS App on Mac but not on Windows. Can you try the OS App 1.1.0-rc3 to see if this issue persists? Make a copy of your model before opening in the new app just in case.
