how to calculate the thermal comfort in designbuilder

in my project i have a VRF in my detailled HVAC system when i stimulate i have some confusing results C:\fakepath\az.PNG in summer months all hours are uncomfortable things that i find really absurd my heating and cooling setpoint are 20 and 24 also when i stimulate the air temperature (in simulation is above 24 in summer) but in cooling design is 24 what's the diffrence between the air temperature in cooling design and in simulation

Comfort (guessing you are using Fanger PMV-PPD comfort model) is related to 4 environmental parameter (air temperature, mean radian temperature, relative humidity, air velocity) and 2 subjective parameter (metabolic rate anf clothing thermal insulation), so comfort is not all on air temperature.

Or maybe are you referring to unmet load hours instead? If so, if air temperature is above 24 (+/- half throttling range temperature) and your cooling set point is 24, i'm not surprise about unmet load hours, and you shouldn't be either.
