Which number should i follow in energyplus results related to unmet hours ( Time Setpoint Not Met During Occupied , Time Not Comfortable Based on Simple ASHRAE 55-2004) ??As the two numbers are different.

please, if anyone can help me with that. I wanna indicate the unmet hours from my simulation and there are two different numbers and the difference is very large.

BUT for what purpose? If LEED submission: Sum of Time Setpoint Not Met During Occupied Heating / Cooling. But every data has it own worthy meaning!

Typically the unmet hours you'd want to indicate are from the Comfort and Setpoint Not Met Summary table, Time Setpoint Not Met During Occupied Heating/Cooling. These are the unmet hours reported by CBECC-Com software, for example.

@ericmartinpe Thank you all ... and do you think that the number of not met hours during occupied cooling/ heating must agree with the hourly data in the CSV file that exceed the thermostat setpoint ??

I don't believe the hourly data you're outputting to CSV is accounting for occupancy, so I would not expect them to match. If you only count unmet hours when the building/space is occupied, then it should match.
