Solution exception:The type initializer for 'OpenStudio.OpenStudioModelCorePINVOKE

My Windows is 10. Energy Plus version 9.3 is installed.honeybee version 66 and ladybugs version 69 are installed. I installed OpenStudio version 3.0.0. But I get this warning: "1. Solution exception:The type initializer for 'OpenStudio.OpenStudioModelCorePINVOKE' threw an exception." Please help me how can I fix this warning?

Specifically the resolution is that you may need to copy the DLLs to the run folder: https://github.com/NREL/OpenStudio/is...
