How can I enter shading devices to my model in openstudio & correspond a special time schedule for them knowing that I have added the shadings in sketchup but they did not appear in the openstudio?

I have a building model, I added special shadings to the windows like external curtains, the shadings are created through shading group creator in sketchup. but when I went to the openstudio I didnot find them in the Shading part of the "Facility" & "SPACES", but they are found on the right tab in "My Model". How can I model these shadings in OS & how to put a schedule for it (Open in winter & close in summer for example).
