The best way to model natural ventilation that is controlled by outside temperature limits in OpenStudio is by using the Add Wind and Stack Open Area measure. See a screenshot below of inputs for this measure.

Since this is an EnergyPlus measure, you will only see its impacts on the simulation after you run a simulation.
