I am not able to convert the Energyplus 8.7.0 file to 9.3.0. [closed]

Hi, I am using IDF version updater to convert the EP 8.7.0 file to 9.3.0, But it looks like there are limitation for the updater and it can update files till 8.4.0 version. Can someone tell me how can i convert this idf file?

I saw that there is a updater programme in the utility tab but in my PC the utility tab is empty.

@Rwadhwa910 it looks like you will need to download and install a Bug Fix version of EnergyPlus version 9.3, according to an EnergyPlus development team member in this post. Does that resolve your issue?
