Simulation won't show / keep showing update data

I'm pretty new to design builder, and when i did simple box with external window simulation, and click the tab simulation > update data, the results shows on building, block and zone tab, but for wall and window it keep showing update data? Could someone please help me explain this. Thankyou so much!

Yuo have to allow for surface-level data storage. Go to Model Options > Simulation > Output and check Allow custom outputs. Then you can navigate to the surface you are interested, 'Output' tab will appear, and finally you can check surface (and sub-surface, like windows, doors, ...) data output you are interested to analyze.
