Geometry from sketchup plugin to openstudio applicaton 1.0 merge with current osm crash
Hello, I am having issue with merge with current osm option in Openstudioapplicaiton. i am using Sketchup 2019 with sketchup openstudio plugin and Openstudio application 1.0. I created the geometry and saved geometry through openstudio plugin as .osm format and tried to merge the model in openstudio application through the import osm option and merge osm in the openstudioapplication. The Openstudio just crashes with message "Unhandled expression had occured" bad cast. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You can file an issue for this, but just out of interest, why not just use "File/Open". Are you specifically just trying to merge modified OSM geometry into an already existing OSM model? If you are trying to merge in new geometry to an existing OSM I would make sure that the OSM from the SketchUp plugin is the same OpenStudio version as what your installed Application uses (which should be 3.0)
Thanks for your reply. I am new to os and just exploring my way through it. Yes i did find its better to just open the existing file option in plugin. Yea and the file i was trying to merge is in version 3.0. Thanks
